If you receive merchandise that was damaged while in transit, you must save the box that the merchandise was received in, in order to make a claim with the carrier. All orders are shipped with no insurance added to the shipping cost Unless you request to have it added . Any high dollar items will be covered anything over $500.00 will have insurance on it. Damage claims must be made to the carrier that delivered the parts to you. CDMW LLC will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from, or in connection with, the installation or any use of any CDMW LLC or manufacturer/dealer products. The manufacturers shall be solely responsible for any damage to a person

or property arising from the design, manufacturing and testing of the manufacturers’ products. CDMW LLC accepts no liability for its products.
