All claims for damaged or missing parts must be made within 24 hours of receipt. If you receive merchandise that was damaged while in transit, you must save the box that the merchandise was received in, in order to make a claim with the carrier. All orders are shipped with no insurance added to the shipping cost Unless you request to have it added . Any high dollar items will be covered anything over $500.00 will have insurance on it. Damage claims must be made to the carrier that delivered the parts to you. CDMW LLC will not  be responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from, or in connection with, the installation or any use of any CDMW LLC or manufacturer/dealer products. The manufacturers shall be solely responsible for any damage to a person

    or property arising from the design, manufacturing and testing of the manufacturers’ products. CDMW LLC accepts no liability for its products. CDMW LLC WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY ELECTRICAL PARTS RETURNED FOR CREDIT THAT HAVE BEEN INSTALLED. All implied warranties, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness and merchantability, are limited in duration to a period ending 6 months from the date of purchase thru and per the manufacturer  

     CDMW LLC has no control over the use or installation of any part; therefore, it is expected that the buyer  will exercise good judgment as to the proper selection, installation, use and maintenance of any parts and accessories. we recommend a certified technician / shop do the install for you. Please remember some custom parts change the ride characteristics of the motorcycle from height to ground clearances this all effects the motorcycles design and be or create a situation where your vehicle is not safe, some parts are for off road use only so be aware of this before you purchase the custom parts.
